Vimeo - "Sorry, we're having a little trouble."
Hello there:
I'm adding some Vimeo videos in a course in Storyline 360, but lately some students are complaining about that they are trying to watch the video it appears: "Sorry, we're having a little trouble." This happens with random videos at random times.
I've contacted with Vimeo but all their are being useless.
The videos are embebed as unlisted.
Any solution to this?

I took a look at Vimeo's help articles and it looks like that error message is displaying because of an invalid path. Additionally, I saw that it would be helpful to check the embed code. Here's an article I found on their site that could be helpful.
You mentioned the behavior was random, but we'd be happy to test it for ourselves, in this discussion or in a case, and see if anything comes up.
