434 TopicsIs it a variable, a trigger, or something else?
I have a 4 module course where the first module gives users three different characters to view. They can pick any one to start, and the trigger takes them to that character's module. At the end of the module, they're directed to select either of the other character's module. At the end of that module, they are again given the choice to select one of the other characters. Once they've completed all three modules, I want to take them to a scenario where they have to solve a problem based on the information in the three modules they've reviewed. So my questions are: Is there a way to show, on each module's final slide, which (if) character they've already viewed, so they can only select the one(s) they haven't viewed? Or, to put it another way, is there a way to show only the character they haven't viewed? Once they've viewed all three modules, how do I use a button to direct them to the final scenario? I'd want the button to be available on all three modules, but invisible or inactive until all three modules have been completed.10Views0likes1CommentAudio Mystery
Hi everyone! I'm working on a task in my project that seems like it should be really simple but is becoming increasingly frustrating. I have this slide (I have multiple like this, but this one attached is the problematic one) where there is audio that matches the text in each state. In the "Horns" section, there is overlapping audio, even though I've deleted any audio from the timeline related to Horns. Can someone look at the attachment and try to help me figure out where this audio is coming from?Solved21Views0likes2CommentsJavaScript for downloading several slides
Hi everyone, I’m currently working on a self-assessment survey where learners navigate through a series of Likert scale questions and receive customized results and recommendations (spread across several slides) based on their score range. My SMEs have requested a feature to allow learners to click a button and download the content of these slides directly to their local computer. I’ve been exploring the possibility of using JavaScript to implement this functionality, but so far, I haven’t had much success. Has anyone successfully used JavaScript for a similar task, or do you have suggestions for alternative approaches? Thanks in advance!38Views1like3CommentsDrag and Drop Interaction Disappears
We have users stating that the drag and drop interactions are disappearing - the entire page is blank. Even on a first attempt (almost like it doesn't load). However it is not consistent. Not everyone is experiencing it and I could not replicate it. Any suggestions on what could be causing this? Everyone that reported this issue is using the latest version of Chrome.13Views0likes1CommentWays to track completions without an LMS?
Hello - I've just created a short module in Articulate 360 and would love to track completions. There are no significant quizzes as this is educational but it's necessary for our employees to 'review' . I've researched that I can publish it within Review 360 but how can I monitor, gauge or confirm completions? We do have MS Teams and am wondering if there's a way to leverage that platform to help? Hoping someone can recommend what methods they've used that has worked. Thanks!14Views0likes1CommentLogin issue: {"name":"AxiosError"}
Hi Everyone, I am getting this error {"name":"AxiosError"} since this morning when I try to log in. The desktop app logged me out and just did the usual "please sign in" thing (it happens), but this time I receive the mentioned error message on the tab: {"name":"AxiosError"}. And 5 more static tabs is also opening at the same time with the classic "This site can't be reached" network issue. offline_acces/ email/ profile/ profile_name/ user subscription/ The strange thing is that I can log in on the regular Articulate site, and I am still logged in in the browser, but the desktop app's sign in leads to this error and don't let me to use storyline properly. If I am not mistaken this problem is not in our end. Can you solve this issue please? Sadly time is ticking on a strict deadline, and this is the only development tool we have. :( Thanks!34Views0likes4CommentsPublish to Review
Is anyone having issues publishing to review after the snapshot implementation? We were excited about the snapshots, but it seems that now any course that was published before snapshots existed cannot find its "match," which forces us to publish to review as a NEW course. These are not new courses. We have over 1000 courses so scrolling the dropdown list is really not feasible. Any hints? Is this a bug?36Views1like6CommentsSigned into the dashboard, but the desktop app won't connect
Anyone else experience this issue: I'm signed into the dashboard, but the desktop app won't connect. So I can't open Storyline. I've tried restarting my computer, refreshing my browser, clearing cache, cookies, 360cleanup, etc... and no luck. Anyone with any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated!24Views0likes2Comments
