Closed captions not appearing
Not sure what happened with the last update, but now closed captions are not appearing on my video.
The project is a single slide, video dropped in and the srt file uploaded.
when i look at the captions editor all the captions are there, when I preview the file, the first caption appears then nothing after that.
This issue started today after the update, didn't have the issue earlier today when i did the exact same process.
anyone else seeing this?

I am also having the same problem after today's update. Can we get this update rolled back. This is a big problem because I have two courses to release and am now not able to.

Just rolled back to the previous version and that appears to have fixed the problem for now.

Yes, it's happening to my projects after the update, too. Also having some audio issues when moving the navigation bar on slides.
Hi, Marie!
I've opened a case for you with our Support Engineers to figure out what's going on. They'll be in touch shortly via email.

Has this been resolved? I'm having this problem as well. I have 50+ files that were working correctly a couple of days ago that are all screwed up. Is there a patch or an update to download? Urgent. I have to launch these courses this week.

Same here, only part of the first CC shows, then nothing on videos, or slide with audio.

Captions is checked in Player Controls, shows no CC button. This is so frustrating.

Having the same issue. Going to roll back a version until this gets fixed.

I am having this same issue with CC text not appearing when it should be. What will be the fix on the system for this?

I am having the same issue. I have a variety of situations where I need CC, mp4s and also audio files that I've added to a slide. It seems that only the first "caption" displays and then after that nothing!
We're working on our enterprise-wide compliance courses, and it is crucial that cc work.
Incidentally, it's the same files (with slight modifications) that we used last year, and CC worked then.
I've seen some replies reverting to SL version prior to the last update (not even sure how to do that).- AriAvivi-744c07Community Member

Hi everyone,
We've released Update 91 this morning which includes a fix for when only the first line of closed captions is displayed. To take advantage of this fix, you can update your Articulate 360 desktop app.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional assistance!

I am also experiencing the cc button in the player randomly appearing and disappearing. I reverted back to the July 30 version and it is present on all slides as expected.

Yes, I am having the same issue, and I need to get my video published. Is there a setting to fix this or an update?
