Hi, the problem I have is, when I'm launching the project first clip takes around 40 seconds to load on the player, checked with difference browsers, checked the connection speed, all most all possibilities as per my knowledge. I have uploaded a screen record of the delay for you reference.

I am having a similar issue - My videos were working fine, then I added a new scene to the beginning and end of the course and the first video started buffering. See screenshot of what it is doing. It never plays. I tried replacing the video, and still doesn't work.
