Video Export Timing Issue
Hello,
I have a deck with many videos embedded. I can't seem to get the timing right when I export. Please take a look and advise.

Hello Danae,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Are you publishing your course to video, or in a different format?
- Could you elaborate on which timing is not appearing correctly in the export? Do you have animations that line up with certain parts of the video?
- Does your course work properly when you publish to Review 360?
Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can test the behavior? We'll delete it when we're done!

I am exporting to video. The issue is that the video in the slide completes but then the slide doesn’t progress for many seconds. I can’t figure out the timeline for this one.
Hi Danae,
My sincerest apologies for missing the files. My eyes may have been playing tricks on me for this one. I tried replicating the reported behavior on my end to help isolate the cause, and it looks like there is a difference between your published video output and mine. Here's the length of the resulting video in my published output:
And here's the duration of the video that you shared:
If you're already working locally when publishing your Storyline 360 project to video, try doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to see if this helps address the differences in the duration of the videos between our published outputs. You'll also want to make sure that your computer meets or exceeds the system requirements here. I've attached a copy of my published video output for your reference.
If the issue persists, please open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
