Hi everyone,
I have a similar problem. I have exported a discussed PowerPoint as a video and inserted this video into Storyline. I would like to use only the player timeline, not the video player. The forward and rewind of the video is faulty, the audio track does not match the video. Does anyone have an idea for this problem?

There are pop-ups in the video mentioned.
This means that if I only want to use the player timeline, my popups work great, but rewinding and fast-forwarding the video does not. If I use the video player, then the forward and rewind of the video works very well, but the popups do not. Is there a way to make both (popups and video rewind and forward) work?Is the audio separate to the video? These will often be out of sync. This is because of the progressive download of the video.
Other are the video and audio set to play automatically if they aren’t then they will be out of sync.
