Since the issue appears to be isolated to your working environment, I recommend doing the following:
- If you are working on a different network from your friend who was able to upload the zip file to their Review 360 account successfully, please ask your IT team to make sure that all endpoints in this article have been added to your network's whitelist.
- Use a different browser, or use your browser's private/incognito mode to upload the published file to see if this works. If it does, there's a chance that a browser extension is causing the upload to fail.
