Error Message when uploading Articulate file to Rise 360

Hello,

I'm trying to upload an Articulate file. While the file uploads successfully, I get the error message "there was an error processing your file," and the process stops. I imported the slides to a new project and tried again, but I got the same message. The file size is 36.66 MB which is way below the max allowed, and the preview doesn't show any issues with the content. Does anyone have any troubleshooting steps that might solve the problem or are able to identify some possible issues that might cause this? Any help would be most welcome.
