I have a static background image on slides 2-30. For some reason when i click to preview it displays only the middle. The background image is very distorted. Hi everyone, I’m encountering an issue where the links on some slides aren’t keyboard accessible—neither the Enter nor Space key seem to activate them. We are having an issue in which the Review 360 comments from one of our reviewers display after the final screen. When they review it the first time and comment as they go through, the comments display on the correct screens. When they use the Prev button to go back through the course and jump around a bit, the comments all end up displaying after the final screen instead of the screen on which they commented. It has happened for them on multiple course reviews. No one else is having the same issue. They have an Articulate account to review, but do not have an Articulate license. I can't replicate the issue, and my comments are displayed in the correct locations. Review used to show the slide number and title above the comments and screen capture of each comment. I do not see that anymore. Finding the slide related to the comment in SL is a challenge, especially with large slide decks and many slides that look similar. hi! i'm struggling with the screenshot taken by Rise Review 360 when stakeholders add comments. The image does not correspond to the exact place where the comment was made so it's very difficult to understand and take action. Any tips to make this easier for me to track the comments ? Hello, I'm having a consistent problem where when I send a Review360 unit to a client for comments, their comments just show up sort of jumbled and aren't appropriately linked to whatever they were looking at when they made the comment. This is mostly happening with Rise360 but also sometimes happens with Storyline. I have two separate Articulate accounts (one for work and one for a freelance project) and it's happening in both. This makes it hard to figure out how to apply their feedback. You can see an example in the attached image--the screenshot it linked basically has no information and doesn't accurately represent any space in my Rise course so it's really hard to know where/how to use the feedback. I'm using Chrome, it is up to date, and I don't have any updates pending for any of my Articulate programs. How can I get these comments to link to the screenshots they are about? Thank you! I have a few 'try mode' stories with double-click actions which work fine, but when I view them in full-screen mode, double-clicking turns the screen blue. A person asked to comment on a program can't sign in and it won't send a password reset email to her email account. Email address is correct. I've tested it with my email and same thing. I don't get a reset email, and not it's not in junk mail either. G23Views0likes6Comments
