Screencap Video Disappears after a second
When I preview the screen capture video on the timeline, it works just fine. When I try to view it in Preview, the video disappears after a second, leaving only the captions on a blank screen.
What might cause this and how can it be fixed?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior. I'd like to ask a few questions to get a better idea of what's happening:
- Are you able to observe the behavior when you publish your course to web, or Review 360?
- Are you able to replicate the behavior using new screen recordings?
- Have you tried doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to see if this helps?
- Are you working locally when previewing your course?
If you're already working locally, and doing a repair doesn't help, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
