Table Text Disappearing
Is anyone experiencing an issue where text within a table disappears when previewing the SL file? To be clear, there are no triggers or states on the table, just a simple table built with text in the columns and rows - looks fine on the screen - but when previewing the table goes BLANK. This has never been an issue, was not an issue yesterday or the day before etc., but suddenly happening. I have had various team members on different computers open the file and look into it, and there's no reason it shouldn't work anymore. Insert a little quick table in SL, add some text, and then preview that page - is it working?
Hi, John and Kimberly!
We released Update 91 today, which includes a fix for when table text and certain letters in the course title might not display correctly. If you're still experiencing this issue after updating, please let me know or submit a case with our Support Engineers here!

This is happening to me but none of my co-workers. When they download the file and preview/publish, the text shows up. It just started yesterday, 8/9/24, for me as well. Wondering if there is an update coming..

I am just now having the same issue. However I can not see the content when I preview, publish in the review tool or publish.
I also noticed that when I launched Storyline on the top line Articulate Storyline x64 appears. It had not been there until today 12-Aug-24.
Hi, Ashley!
Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. I see you've connected with my teammate, Ian, in a support case. You're in great hands, so we'll continue the conversation there!
Hi, Kelsey and vicki!
I'm sorry to hear that you're also experiencing an issue with the text disappearing when previewing or publishing your courses. I'm happy to help troubleshoot. I ran a quick test, and I'm not seeing any issue with the text.
- First, please confirm you're up-to-date with the most recent version of Storyline. (vicki, as of November 2023, 64-bit Storyline is available. Is it possible you just updated your software?)
- Next, please try a Storyline repair
If the issue persists, I'd like to connect you with one of our talented Support Engineers in a support case. I hope this helps!

We are also experiencing this issue. We are using V3.90.32893.0. Please provide an estimate for resolution.
Thanks,

you should downgrade to 3.89

Yes, that's our solution now, but it's obviously not ideal :)
Hi Kimberly,
I'm sorry to hear that you're also running into this issue. I checked out the other cases, and the standard solution was to import the slides to a new Storyline course. Can you confirm if this solution also works for you?
If it does, file corruption is a possible culprit. Make sure you're working on your local drive to avoid erratic behavior. If the problem persists, try these steps to fix any installation issues.
I ran some tests with the attached Storyline project using the latest version, update 90, and did not notice that behavior.
Let me know how it goes, and I'll be more than happy to assist further as needed. If you want more targeted help, you can also connect with us privately in a support case.

I have just notice this happening today and I am using the current version, Storyline 360 v.390.32893.0.
I have just done a screenshot of the table and then inserted into my story as an image as a temporary measure for now.
