A month or so ago my team folders completely disappeared. I just made my own folders and moved on with life. But now I have a new team member that needs access and I can't give her access because I can't see the team folders. Is there something I need to do to get them back?

Is there a chance you've switched the dashboard to the Classic View? If so, this article provides steps on toggling back to the Team Folders interface. If that doesn't do the trick, please connect with our support engineers through a support case.
