Review 360 - Rise .. Feedback disappeared

Hi,

I got some feedback on a Rise course in Review 360.  I made some changes (not addressing all feedback), published a new version and now all the feedback has disappeared.

I found an old thread which said I can return to a previous version and see the feedback against it. However, when I go back to Version 1 - there is no feedback.

Please advise.

    Sorry to hear about your comments. I'll be glad to help you locate them. First, here are a few possible reasons why your comment disappeared:

    • You may have duplicated your Rise 360 course before publishing it to an existing Review 360 course. Comments are course-specific, and a duplicate of a course won't have any of the comments from the existing course due to them having different course IDs. If you published a duplicated course, locate the original one and your comments should be there.
    • Your comments may be in the resolved section. 

    If your comments are not in the resolved section, and you didn't duplicate your course, please open a case with our support team here for further assistance.
