I have a few questions in order to better assist you:
- Are you experiencing this on more than one browser?
- Have you tried clearing their browser’s cache?
- On your end, are all of the interactions working properly when you preview within the Storyline 360 application?
If you are still having trouble viewing interactions, we'd be happy to take a look at your Storyline file and troubleshoot with you in this thread or privately in a support case. Whatever you are most comfortable with.
