Player Settings Window disappears when working with multiple monitors

I work on a laptop with either 1 to 2 external monitors.  Sometimes I work remotely and only have the laptop screen.  Almost always, at a certain point after switching between screen configurations, I attempt to access the Player settings window and it doesn't appear.  It is up somewhere, but doesn't display.  Since it is a modal window, Storyline appears to be locked up because I can't perform any other task while the window is up.  The only fix is to unplug the monitor cable go back to one screen and the let position of the window resets itself.  This is a relatively minor inconvenience once you've figured it out, but it seems like something the application should handle better.
