Moving courses from dashboard to shortcuts
Hi, I'm confused about Shortcuts vs Folders. I'm the only author is my organisation so I don't need to have collaboration folders. I would like to organise the content on my Dashboard and have set up Shortcut folders. However, I'm unable to move or drag and drop items from the Dashboard. Can you help?

If you're unable to drag and drop the modules into your shortcuts can you still use the move option? Hover over any item in the private or team section of your dashboard, click the more (...) icon, and select Add to My Shortcuts. You can also add a shortcut from the Move Shortcut tab of the move dialog.
Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I have tried that option but it doesn't bring up any folders. I only see the following:
What about the tab 'Move Shortcuts' next to 'Move File'?
No luck there either. The screen is blank. There is just a message that says "Add this item to My Shortcuts first. My Shortcuts folders can only be used to organize shortcuts."

From your screenshot, I noticed you currently do not have any private folders. Moving items into a Shortcut folder does require some additional steps:
- On the lefthand margin, click the ellipsis next to Private and select New Folder.
- On the same margin, click the ellipsis next to My Shortcuts and select New Folder as well.
- From the dashboard, locate the item you want to move, click the ellipsis, and select Move. Then place it into the new private folder.
- Navigate to the private folder, select the Move Shortcut tab, and then select the shortcut folder as the destination.

Apologies it's taken me ages to get back to this. I've successfully created private folders and shortcut folders, and have moved content into my new private folders. However, I can't see where I move the courses from a private folder to my shortcuts (screen shot below of what I see). Can you give me a bit more direction please?
