Closed Caption Background
Wondering if anyone has run into this and found a solution. My closed captioning is appearing on screen but with no background. I have tried different fonts, font size percentages, changed colours and locations. The result is always the same. The font displays in the colour I select, but the background colour displays as an outline around the text as opposed to an entire box.
I inherited this file to make updates so perhaps a glitch on the original developers machine?
And before anyone asks, no the background is not set to red.

Try setting the font size to 100%, and then make the background color the same color as the font. That should eliminate the shadowing effect. But as for putting a box around the closed caption text - I don't know if you can do that, really.
I can't replicate this issue. Is there a chance the background color is set to 100% transparency for some reason? Would you mind sharing a simplified version of your .story file?
