I'm happy to help solve this issue for you in a timely manner! First, I'd like to confirm if this is happening in preview mode or the published output.
- If this is happening in preview mode, have you tried importing your slides into a new Storyline project?
- If the issue is present only when viewing the published course, have you tried using a different browser?
Additionally, if you're comfortable sharing your file with us, I'd like to take a closer look to see what's going on. You can upload it here or privately in a support case, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
