Uploading MP4 Files
Is anyone else having issues uploading an MP4 file in Rise? It is "stuck" on "Processing Video". It is only 21.3 MB. I am using Chrome.

There was a service outage earlier today that was impacting Rise, including not being able to upload content to Rise.
