Pdf not uploading to the Resources tab
I have been trying to upload a pdf document to the resources tab and have gotten this error and this information page. I tried with multiple pdfs. Any ideas?
This path \\Mac\Home\Desktop\Learning... most likely indicates a network path or a shared folder on a Mac from another system, or something like that. Try to upload a pdf document from the main drive.
So - you're not able to load any PDFs to the Resources? And this PDF opens correctly in Acrobat or whichever PDF reader program you are using?
Based on the error message you shared, it almost seems like there is something wrong with your SL360 installation; I also see you're working on a Mac, so you must be using an emulator.
Can you attach any other type of file to the Resources? If no, then I would open a support ticket.

Hi Nedim. That was exactly the problem! I am running Parallels on my Mac and assumed that uploading from the Desktop on my Mac was the same as the Desktop on my PC. It wasn't. Thank you!
