Storyline Crashes While Previewing
Please help!
Every other time I try to preview a scene in a file, Storyline crashes. I send the report every time. I am working on a 2020 Macbook Pro via Parallels.
Is this a common problem?

- Are you working from your local hard drive? This can happen if there is a corrupt element on your slide. Have you tried importing the slides into a new Storyline file?
- Is this happening when trying to a specific project or slide?
- Do you know which version of Storyline you're using? We are currently on Build 3.63.27674.0. You can try to repair your software.
