Something went wrong when setting up your database

Hello,

I'm trying to upload a new e-learning course using Tin Canny and it gives me the error message "Something went wrong when setting up your database". This only happens with this specific course but not with others. The export settings are exactly the same as all my other courses. I'm not a tech-savvy person so apologies if I haven't explained our issue very well. Our IT manager has tried to help but doesn't know much about our LMS. The issue seems to be with the xAPI file but I don't know how to fix it. Can anyone help?

    Hi Marta. 

    Sorry to hear that you cannot upload one of your courses to your LMS. I can see that you've already spoken with Lianne, one of our support engineers, and she was able to upload it to SCORM Cloud. I hope her recommended troubleshooting steps help.
