Slide cannot load in LMS but has no issues in preview mode.

I'm sorry to hear that you're course isn't playing as expected in your LMS, but I'm happy to help troubleshoot. Have you tried viewing the course in a different browser? Here is a list of the ones supported. You can also try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps.
I also want to share this resource about troubleshooting LMS issues that you may find helpful. If you're comfortable sharing your file with us here or privately in a support case, we'll be happy to test your course on our end! We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

Thanks for replying.
I have tried using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, both of which resulted in the same issue. I have tried clearing browser cache and it did not work either.Following the troubleshooting link provided, the 'launch content in new browser' option in my player settings was unchecked and the relay.asp file was already added.
