Reviewing Assessment Questions In Storyline, numbering is off
I created a question bank of 100 questions, pooling 50 questions each time. In the corner, I have the code Question %CountQs% of 50 so that the leaner can tell where they are in completing questions...

Thank you for sharing your .story file!
I noticed on your Results slide you had a trigger to set the CountQs variable to 0 when the user clicks retry. My suggestion would be to change the trigger to when the timeline starts, as, by the time the user reaches the Results slide, there's no need to continue counting the questions.
I changed it in the attached version of the .story file.
