Review 360 share thumbnail

I published a Storyline file to Review 360 and it created the share thumbnail using the first slide (this is the preview image when I share the link via Microsoft Teams). I've since added a new slide 1, but the review thumbnail image is stuck on the old slide 1 (which is now slide 2) and I can't find a way to update the image to the new slide 1. Can it be done?

Note: this is not the title slide/image, but the preview thumbnail that displays when the link is shared via Teams.

    I'm unfamiliar with how Microsoft Teams generates its link thumbnails, but one thing you can try is to republish your course in Review 360 to see if this helps. Note that existing comments in your course won't be carried over to the new project if you decide to republish. Additionally, you can try generating a new link in Microsoft Teams to see if this refreshes the thumbnail.
