Report.html not showing student answer after resuming course

Hi,

I have 2 issues here:

Issue 1:

The sequence below does not show student answer at report.html at 2nd visit and so on.

1. At 1st visit of quiz completion up until result slide > click on PRINT button > report.html appear with student's answers > EXIT course

2. At 2nd visit which resuming back to last left off > At result slide > click on PRINT button > report.html appear but student's answers column is empty.

Any suggestion to allow student answer to maintain there at report.html no matter how resuming tries attempted?

Issue 2:

My client is facing the same problem as the post here: (https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/retrieving-data-for-lms-in-scorm-report) whereby report.html only show half of the questions & student's answer column.

Any solutions to this?

Any workaround for the above two issues are welcome. Even if there is a need to include javascript, I can ask for my programmer for advice.

The print results report.html file didn't include every quiz and survey response when learners resumed the course.

Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

I am having the same problem with not all the responses displaying with Print Report option. Has this been fixed?

Thank you for reaching out and sharing that you are experiencing a similar issue. Since the first couple of responses are missing, it looks like the user may have answered those questions in a previous session, then came back to finish in another session. This issue seems to have either not been fully resolved or resurfaced again. I have verified over multiple attempts with SCORM 2004 4th edition, that if I leave the course in the middle of the quiz and return to the quiz from the LMS to complete the rest of the quiz, then:

All data is returned properly in printout for whole quiz, except for Student Answers

For Student Answers, all are blank except for from most recent launch from LMS

Also checked SCORM 1.2 (just to make sure not a SCORM 2004 specific issue) and see same type of results - missing user answers from everything that happened before the most recent launch from the LMS

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with us. I was not able to replicate this behavior on my end when testing in SCORM Cloud.

Could you share what LMS you are currently using?

Have you had a chance to test in SCORM Cloud? Please try testing your file there to see if this behavior is isolated to your LMS. Feel free to share the results in this thread or privately in a support case.

    Happy to look into this for you!
    
    It looks like the issue only occurs when certain conditions are present. I tested the behavior using a basic file with simple questions and a results slide and I couldn't replicate the behavior.
    
    I made sure to exit the course midway through the quiz in my test. Since the issue happened in your project file, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
