Likert Scale Question

Hi. I would really need your help. I am doing a likert scale type of survey in Storyline and I need to be able to grade the questions so that we are able to compare the answers at the end. I know that we need to add buttons and then triggers, but I cannot seem to find any tutorial regarding this. I cannot change the format of the questions so that they are graded. It needs to be likert scale. I would appreciate any help.
