Import Xlf file: error message

I'm sorry to hear you're hitting this snag! Can you import the slides to a new Storyline project to see if it helps resolve the issue?

If the problem persists and you're comfortable sharing your file with us, we'd be happy to take a look to investigate further. You can upload it here or privately in a support case. We'll delete it when we're done testing.
