Our respected client was saying that they were facing difficulty reading and understanding closed captions in the Video while watching the video on their mobile phone. is there any setting or option in the player or CC section to change the font size of closed captions?
In the Player Properties, go to Colors & Effects. The Font area lets you adjust the size of the Captions font.
I suggest you test a few sizes to see what works best for your videos. (I haven't used this, so I don't know how well it works for viewing captions on small devices.)
Further to this the default font size in the player is 100%, which is far too small for published courses. My issue with CC is that when working in Storyline setting up the CC and also when in Review the CC font is a good size on the screen, however when published the CC are a smaller size! I have found that for publishing set the CC at 135%.
