Thanks for the reply, Lauren! Just to be sure I understand completely, you're recommending that I create a project with the embedded resources for the first lesson, then use that same project file as a form of template for any other lessons that reference those same resources. Is that correct?

Yes, that is correct! The resources will be available in the duplicated file so you can designate one Storyline 360 .story project file as a container for all of your resources and then duplicate it as needed.
