Button Looping Issue

Hello

When preview the entire project (in the slide attached specifically) and click on the button in the middle, the program gets stuck in a loop, and I have to exit the program. Does anyone have gone through a similar issue? How can I solve this?

Any help or guidance will be much appreciated.

    I’d be happy to help troubleshoot why you’re Storyline course is stalling when attempting to preview!

    I just had some clarifying questions first:

    • Are you working from a network or external drive? Those are known to cause trouble, so we always recommend working from your local C: drive.
    • Are you experiencing this roadblock when publishing your course as well? Or just during preview?

    If you haven't already, we'd recommend trying a repair of your Storyline 360 software.
