Issue with Divider

Dear all, I have created a new eLearning using Rise 360. By means of divider (selected setting "complete all blocks above"), I want to prevent the learner from skipping sections of the eLearning. It worked perfectly with the eLearnings, which I had created in 2023. However, with the new version of Articulate Rise 360 it does not work. The learner can go directly to the quiz. Is this a bug? How can I solve the problem? Thanks for your help in advance.

    Go to Theme > Navigation. To prevent users from jumping to any lesson/quiz in the course, turn on the Restrict Navigation setting.
