Black screen on video posted in Rise
Hi, I cannot see a thumbnail for my video. It is just black. I tried trimming the first second off in Premiere but it is still black. Can anyone help?

There isn't a way to edit or change the thumbnail for your video. We're tracking requests for the ability to add or edit the thumbnail of an embedded video. I'll add you to that list so that you get notified if we make changes that will help.

Has there been an update to this? It's crazy that this request was made YEARS ago and yet still no resolution. I am uploading videos that show black screen with white play button. We really need the ability to upload a thumbnail.
