Rise/Articulate site down
I am not able to get the Rise 360 homepage to load, and my team mate is unable to use any AI features. I just got logged out of my account and now I am unable to sign in becuase of an error message. Is anyone else having trouble today? I am supposed to be showing off the new AI features to try to convice upper management to upgrade us today. 😐is there an Issue with Articulate 360?
When I tried to open a project that I need to work on, a pop up said I need to sign in, when I try to sign in it comes up with an error message: { "name": "AxiosError" } And my Articulate 360 Desktop app is saying I dont have a subscription/I must sign in - but when I try to sign in from the app I get the above error message I have an important project that needs to be completed by Monday and I cannot open it HELP!Articulate, let's talk pricing...

I haven't been able to get on the Heroes page in awhile and the bookmark button and follow button are gone. Can someone fill me in please on how to bookmark a discussion to save it for future reference and how to follow (though I am assuming that is the bell that goes with a topic - correct?). Many thanks. This is my "go to" for help with projects and new learning.
