is there an Issue with Articulate 360?

When I tried to open a project that I need to work on, a pop up said I need to sign in, when I try to sign in it comes up with an error message:

}

 

And my Articulate 360 Desktop app is saying I dont have a subscription/I must sign in - but when I try to sign in from the app I get the above error message

I have an important project that needs to be completed by Monday and I cannot open it

    I can't sign in, it's telling me I don't have a subscription, but I know my subscription goes until May 2025. I need someone to help me out here.
