What to do when the account admin suddenly leaves?
Staff turnover keeps putting us in the situation of having a missing account admin. How do you mitigate this issue? Do you assign a seat to a general office email and then make that seat the account admin?

Articulate 360 Teams subscription allows you to add as many admins as you need. While you can only have one primary admin, you can nominate as many account administrators as you want so multiple people can access the account in case someone leaves, preventing your organization from being "locked" out of the account. Here's how you can assign more admins to an Articulate 360 subscription.
