We would like to be able to use automated accessibility testing tools to help test our e-learning modules which we created using Storyline. We tried using Wave and Lighthouse, but each time, the tool seemed to be checking the area around the content, not the content itself. We tried to test courses published to Web and courses in the LMS, but each time we had the same problem.

Thanks for sharing your interest in this feature. We still don't have a built-in accessibility checker available for Storyline 360 but this request is one that we are actively monitoring. We'll let you know when this request makes it to our product roadmap!
