Unable to Insert Images on Rise

Hi,

I am unable to upload any of my own images on a Rise project that i am working on.

I am using Chrome version 71 which is the latest i guess. I've also attached an image I've been trying to insert. 

Appreciate your help on this.

    Hi Ashwin

    I'm not having any trouble and I use Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit)

    Here is a link to Rise course - I added your image as a cover photo and then in a lesson

    Hi Wendy,

    Thanks for your immediate response. That's strange! I have the same version but it keeps giving me an error whenever I try to upload any of my own image. 

    I even tried to export the course to upload to our LMS but the course won't download upon clicking the Download button.

    I'd really appreciate if you can do me one more favor. Is it possible for another person to download a Rise course that I created? If Yes, can you please check if you are able to download the course (i can share the link with you). I can then be sure that it is a browser issue and reach out to IT Support.

      I think you'd need to make me a collaborator on the Rise course Ashwin - you may need to transfer ownership to me to export. Then I'll transfer ownership back to you. But first of all just add me as a collaborator

      Yep - you'll need to transfer ownership so I can try and download / export - at the moment I don't have those options I can only edit

      Hang on - I can export - just exported to LMS - What did you want done with it?

      I have the LMS zip folder do you want me to post it here?

      I've uploaded it to Scormcloud and it launches as expected

    yes, please..So you are able to download the course but I am not. Must be some issue with my browser then

    Morning, just wanted to advise this is happening today.  Both my colleague and I get the attached ERROR Message when inserting any type of image into RISE.  I have opened up a CASE as I have a file that is to go out at 1pm today and I am stuck.
