Unable to insert a video into storyline
I am trying to upload an MP4 video into story line.
I keep getting an error message
Does anyone know how to get the video to upload?
Is this a video you can share?
Hello - It is an MP4 file, I could email it to share from the drive it is currently in. I also tried uploading it to OneDrive and then adding the file as a web object, that did not work either it says the shared object is unable to be viewed.

You might try re-encoding the video into another MP4 file. Perhaps the original is broken somehow and Storyline doesn't like it. Adobe Media Encoder or Handbrake can encode it for you.
