Trouble exporting
Our team is having trouble exporting larger courses recently. We've had them in our catalog for quite some time and have been able to export them before, but now we're getting an error message when we try to export for updates to the content.
At least four members of our team have all tried with the same results.
We've tried the following formats:
LMS > xAPI (our default export)
LMS > SCORM 1.2
pdf
Web
We can export smaller courses (1-150ish lessons) without issue, but anything more seems to be giving the same error.
Larger courses haven't been an issue until recently. We published a 260 lesson course at the end of March, and have been able to export courses as large as 579 lessons.

Our largest course is 180 Lessons, and we've never been able to publish it to PDF. Working with Articulate tech Support they told us the course was just too large.
Your courses are way bigger.
Anyway, we are unable to publish our 180 Lesson course to LMS. It starts to publish but almost immediately shows this error message:
The one that I'm currently trying to publish (479 lessons) finally published a pdf (after about 10-15 minutes). However, I still get the same message you got when attempting the xAPI, which is unfortunate since that's the format we need.

There are other posts in the forum that this problem has been fixed, and I was able to export my biggest course.
Check if it's working for you as well.
Thanks for the heads up. It looks like they resolved the issue. My course was able to export today.
