Rise PDF Export Omitting Images
I've been working on a Rise course this week, and my client requires a PDF version for their review purposes.
Over the last week I have successfully published this PDF multiple times without issue, but since yesterday the published PDF does not contain any images that appear in the content area.
The image format is SVG.
Has anyone experienced this, and is there a fix?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
Hi Everyone!
I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360! This update fixes the issue where images were missing from the PDF output of a Rise 360 course. There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!
Please let me know if you have any questions about this update or the issue you reported!

Further to my original message, it seems as though if I switch my images to something other than 'image centered', they appear in the PDF version. Which seems to rule out this being an issue with SVGs.

I'm having an issue with missing images when exporting my Rise course to a PDF today as well. Only some of the images are showing - my first "image with text" shows, but the rest do not. All my "2 column grid" images are showing as well as the "text on image".
I had no issues publishing this course two days ago. My images are in .png or .jpg format.

Not that I'm glad you're having the same issue, but it's kind of a relief knowing it's not an issue that is specific to my set up.
I have also noticed that png images are omitted from labelled graphics during PDF publish too.

I'm seeing the same problem. No images at all in my recently published PDF.

I've just checked again this morning and the issue still persists for me too.

Yes, I can confirm there is a issue. Published an existing course and there are many images missing in the PDF.

YES, HERE WE ALSO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH ALL IMAGE FORMATS JPG,PNG,GIF AND SVG.
BY DOING SOME TESTS IF I DIVIDE THE COURSE AND EXPORT THE CHAPTERS/MODULES, SOME IMAGES WILL APPEAR AGAIN, BUT THE PROCESS IS WORKABLE BECAUSE WE HAVE TO DUPLICATE THE COURSE OF 10 MODULES, LEAVE MODULES 1 AND 2 AND EXPORT, THEN DOING THE SAME, LEAVES MODULES 3 AND 4. THIS TAKES A LONG TIME AND DOESN'T WORK 100% - DavidTaitSuper Hero
I've had a response to my support case confirming that there was an issue with the PDF export omitting images. This has now been fixed, so give it a try, hopefully it'll work for you too.

Hi Steven,
Thank you for the update and for working on this.
I just published to PDF and had flip cards overlapping in format and text cut off. Additionally, the flip cards covered the text block that followed.
Publishing to PDF does not meet accessibility standards, which is concerning.
Hi Eric!
You're welcome! Happy to help!
I understand your concern. Although Rise 360 does not export accessible PDFs, we are tracking a feature request to allow for more control around page breaks when publishing to PDF. Improving the output of interactive elements such as Flashcards.
I've linked this discussion to the feature report and will share updates if it makes it to our Feature Roadmap.
