I just had some follow-up questions first:
- If this behavior is only occurring with a specific file, have you tried importing the slides into a new Storyline file?
- Have you tried performing a repair of Storyline 360 to see if that helps?
Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can review your slides to figure out what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
