Text Entry Glitch

Question

Hello,
Is anyone experiencing text entry glitches? Every single answer for all my questions are triggering the incorrect layer now (they ALL worked before). Even when I change the text entry to a simple number, it does not accept it. I have closed out and came back in and it worked for a bit. Now, it is back to the same error. I have never experienced this before.

Sorry to hear you've run into this snag but I'd be happy to help!
I just had some follow-up questions first:

If this behavior is only occurring with a specific file, have you tried importing the slides into a new Storyline file?
Have you tried performing a repair of Storyline 360 to see if that helps?

Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private&nbsp;by opening a support case so we can review your slides to figure out what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
