- Stop the current process with Task Manager and reboot your machine.
- Download another version of the installation file here. You might want to consider getting the .zip version.
- Once that new file is saved locally to your machine, please right-click it and choose to Run as Administrator. You're correct that you may need to enlist the help of your IT team for this!
