Storage limits?

Wondering about Storage Limits on Rise and Preview? Anyone who knows that?

    If you have an individual Articulate 360 subscription, you have 150 GB of storage for Rise courses and Articulate Review content items. If you have an Articulate 360 Teams subscription, your team has unlimited storage space. See this comparison to learn more about the benefits of both subscription types.

    (Articulate Review content items include everything you publish to Articulate 360 from Storyline, Studio, Replay, Peek, and Preso as well as video files you manually upload.)

  • How can you see how much space you have used for Rise/Revise and per course (as I understand that is a 5 GB limit per course as well as the overall limit with a freelance license)?

    There isn't a spot to see how much space you've used up but it's something our team monitors and would reach out if you started to get closer to that limit to figure out the next steps. So far, we haven't had to do that for any accounts.

    You mention a 5 GB limit, which sounds like our maximum file size for each video, audio clip, and image you upload to a Rise 360 course is, which is 5 GB.

    I see that there is a maximum space allocation for an individual Rise 360 account.

    (1) Is it possible to download completed courses and save offline?
    (2) Can previously downloaded courses be uploaded back into Rise if changes are needed?

      Hello Amanda!

      In Rise 360, you can export a course, but there isn't a need to import courses since they will always be on your Rise 360 dashboard as long as you have a current subscription and you don't delete them.
