Simple Software for XLIFF file manual translation
Is there a simple one time purchase software that opens XLIFF files to allow for manual language translation to then import back into the Rise360 course. I have looked at smartcat, but it is expensive and overkill since we have people on staff that do the translations for us. Otherwise the translators are translating within Rise and that is a lot more work than if they just we doing direct translations.
Thanks!

Check this post out in how Excel is used to facilitate translation instead of XLIFF:

FYI - Having an AWS account is not necessary if you're doing in-house translations.
