Shift + ? opens up a shortcut menu, is there a way to suppress or disable that?
My task involves the student pressing down the shift and ? button to complete a level. How can I stop the shortcut menu from appearing?

Hey Keanne,
The Shift + ? is a keyboard shortcut for accessibility. If you need to, you can turn off the keyboardshort cuts in the player: https://articulate.com/support/article/Storyline-360-Accessible-Player-Controls

I have turned the player off and so I cannot turn it off from the player. Is there a way to permanently disable it?
Hi Keanne,
There is currently no way to disable accessibility shortcuts aside from Elizabeth's suggestion to do so from the Player. I’ll be glad to pass this requirement and use case scenario to our product team, but you can also feel free to detail them more through a feature request!
