Select text in accordion, can't change any aspect of its appearance for some reason?

Why? Windows 10, latest Chrome browser.
Closing and restarting the browser worked.
For about 10 minutes. Now Rise is stuck again. First it incorrectly said I was offline (while all other web sites and services kept working), and now reloading the page and clicking on "Edit Content" for one of my course's sections ... does nothing.
Hi Carl, sorry to hear that you are having problems with editing your Rise 360 course. To help with this issue, I recommend doing the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure you are using a supported browser such as Google Chrome.
2. Make sure your browser is fully updated.
3. Clear your browser's cache.
4. Restart your computer.As mentioned, I am using a supported browser--in fact, I'm using the one you are suggesting I use, and It is fully updated (as I said in the question).
Hi Carl, can you please try just exiting the course and accessing it again?
If this doesn't help and you continue to experience the issue, can you please use Incognito Mode in Google Chrome to temporarily disable add-ons that may be causing an issue?
