Searchable Database for Help Articles

I am creating help articles for our software applications.  Is there a way for me to create or set up in such a way that our end users would be able to search our help articles versus having to scroll through every single "course" or topic?

Each Rise course has a search function, but it's not a 'global' search across all your courses. And your end users would not be able to see tags, only admins. It sounds like you need more of a "knowledge base" software, lots of software packages available for this purpose.

Thank you, Lauren.  I'll look into tags, as well as perhaps creating a glossary.  Thanks again!

  • Hello daodn! This sounds like an interesting setup! I'm not sure what kind of database you're creating, but I assume that you could add tags to each course or topic in the database so they match common search results. I'm not sure how robust the database is for searching within the courses, but that feels like something you could configure within the database itself.
