Sorry to hear that a student isn't able to view a Rise 360 course exported and hosted in an LMS.
To troubleshoot the issue, can you ask the student to try clearing their web browser cache and viewing the course again? Here's how to do it for Google Chrome.
In addition, please ask the student to try viewing the course in another supported browser (such as Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge) to see if the same issue persists.
We also recommend sending this as a case so our support team may look into this issue closely.
